The Assistant Community Director will assist the Community Director in all operations of the community, focusing on increasing operating income by maintaining an acceptable rate of occupancy.
Leasing
Ensure the model is ready for viewing by prospective tenants.
Tour prospective tenant through the community
Show and lease available apartments to prospective tenants.
Residents
Collection, posting, and depositing of rent, security deposits and other revenue.
Retention of residents:
Solicitation of residents for lease and lease renewal.
Prepare lease agreements.
Disposition of security deposits upon move-out.
Property
Maintain records on keyless entry cards and remotes.
Assist Community Director in confirming vacant units are ready for move-in.
Assist with or perform compliance
Reporting
Prepare monthly rent roll
Prepare monthly renewal report
Requirements2yrs min Experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Fair Housing Regulations
Knowledge of MSOffice
Bilingual - Spanish is a plus
Ability to work rotating On Call schedule.
Ability to work weekends and evenings.
Valid driver's license and good driving record along with auto insurance required

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
