Company Description Job Description to join our team at Plantations at Pine Lake Apartments in Tallahassee, FL As a Leasing Specialist you will have the responsibility of:
o Conducting sales and outreach, prospecting and lead generation o Maintaining prospect, traffic and leasing data o Assisting in tenant screening and processing of credit checks o Preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures o Handling telephone calls and on-site traffic o Assisting with marketing to include preparation of flyers, newsletters and market surveys o Assisting Business Manager in all aspects of property management Requirements Skills & Abilities:
o Strong customer service and sales skill o Strong organizational skills o Highly motivated and energetic o Reliable transportation a must o Flexibility to work weekends www.
