Sales Manager
The Sales Manager plays a critical role assembling, leading and scaling an organization that supports our firm's sales organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to source new accounts, negotiate renewal transactions, goal setting, revenue forecasting and budgeting, field & channel training, sales campaigns and sponsorships, and sales events planning. He will work closely with other members of the management team to enable them to achieve the company's revenue and profit goals. Qualified candidates will have experience scaling Sales Operations in a high growth organization. The ideal candidate has been in a quota carrying role in the field and understands intimately what will enable and increase field sales productivity.
Responsibilities
Assemble and manage a team of 10
individuals within Sales Operations;
Implement and manage sales forecasting processes that provide accurate prediction into future revenue performance. Ensure forecasting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company;
Assign sales goals and other sales objectives to ensure the company's financial goals are allocated to all sales channels and resources;
Assist Partners and Distributors in overcoming business challenges to ensure ease of doing business while ensuring deal closure and revenue recognition.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Management;
Proven experience scaling Sales Operations in high growth organizations;
Strong leader and change agent, able to influence all levels in all disciplines within organizations;
Previous field sales experience required;
Strong written and oral communication skills a must;
Ability to travel 30% of the time;
Current Life and Health Insurance License or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire;
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
Ability to interact with a diverse group of Brokers, Producers, and Employers;
Ability to take the lead in a team-oriented Sales environment;
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities;
Bachelor's Degree highly desired;
Sales experience in the Health Solutions Industry.
Compensation
The position is commission
performance bonus. Our typical Sales Managers earn $85,000-$125,000 in their first year with our firm. We provide a salary during the training and licensing process and an aggressive advance and draw plan.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
