Provider SSNRI EDI SME
Researches and analyses claim processing outcomes,identifies issues and reports as necessary, and proactively outreaches topeers, Supervisor, and/or providers upon findings. Refers questionable claimissues to the appropriate department.
Creates and delivers formal training,participates in webinars, and is involved in other provider-related outreach,as needed. Prepares and analyses cost/business proposals and reports offindings; makes recommendations to management.
Performs routine and complex tasks related to thesupport of Florida Medicaid providers. Applies knowledge of establishedprocedures to research and resolve escalated customer questions or managementrequests. Acts as the initial contact for escalated issues from the supportstaff and escalates only the most complex issues to the immediate supervisor.
Under minimal direction, perform activities involving SSNRIprovider and health plan relations and outreach.
Education and Experience Required:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1-3 years of Medicaidpreferred other Healthcare claims processing experience or 5 years of relevantwork experience
Previous experience creating and delivering formal presentations
Previous team leadership

Ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (examples include, abilityto write clear and concise billing instructions to providers, interpret effectsof change orders on systematic claim processing)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with client and management
