Facilities Maintenance Associate (Part-Time) at Pet Paradise Resort Tallahassee, FL

Pet Paradise Resort is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Associate to perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair work for our Tallahassee resort part-time.
We are looking for someone skilled in HVAC and electrical as these are key components in resort operations.
Other tasks would include painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs.
Must be able to work independently and effectively communicate with resort management and the regional facilities manager on the status of projects.

Education and License Requirements Certification in one or more areas via a technical school or other specialized school preferred; two-four years of related experience and/or training required.
Qualified individual must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.

As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you may be exposed to animals that are agitated and/or injured.
Animals may scratch and/or bite.
Due to our unique work environment, you will work in outdoor weather conditions or high, precarious places.
You may be exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
