JOB
Summary:
This is an Operations and Management Consultant I position in the Department of Revenue s Child Support Program Region Administration, Human Resource Support process.
The incumbent will work in Microsoft Office using Word, Excel, TEAMS, email, People First, Department Human Resource systems and the internet to process actions, research and evaluate information and resolve issues.
They will respond to a variety of personnel related questions providing support to Child Support managers and team members and coordinate with Revenue Human Resource team members, topics include; Employee Relations, Recruitment, Leave, Payroll, Performance Management and Classification.
They will also work with managers to prepare Corrective Action requests and coordinate with Employee Relations, post job advertisements, review applications, coordinate skills verification tests or work samples and schedule interviews.
Run scheduled reports and work with team members statewide to gather and update information, track activities and provide updates regarding trends and patterns.
Work with others to solve problems, present recommendations or enhancements and take necessary actions.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND
Experience:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • State of Florida Personnel experience in Human Resource Office or Human Resource Liaison role.

PREFERENCES:

  • Preference will be given to individuals that have experience providing human resource support for State of Florida Employee Relations or Recruitment activities.
